This is an opportunity for us to dive into your personal history, covering a range of questions, reviewing recent blood test results, and exploring your medical background.
I will then assess your current nutritional needs, establishing a list of key priorities to guide our educational sessions effectively.
You'll receive tailored diet advice to address your macronutrient (proteins, fats, carbs, energy) and micronutrient (vitamins and minerals) requirements.
By the end of the session, you'll have a clear understanding of which foods and lifestyle factors are supportive of your current goals.
While we'll touch on the fundamental principles of a healthy diet, in-depth discussions on individual topics are reserved for follow-up sessions.
Duration: approx. 60 min

Review consultations enable us to dive into specific nutritional concerns and address any challenges you may be facing – whether it is during pregnancy or postpartum. We'll also review recent blood test results if applicable and make any necessary supplement recommendations or adjustments.
If you are wanting a sustainable plan for your future without having to second guess your nutrition choices all the time, I highly recommend these follow up sessions.
Duration: both 30 min and 60 min options are currently available.

There are so many prenatal supplements on the market and it can be so confusing to figure out which one is the right one for you. If you have your diet dialled in and need support with which supplements you may need during pregnancy then this session is perfect for you.
At the end of the session, you will be emailed a personalised supplement list explaining exactly why they were recommended and where to purchase from.
The quality of prenatals vary GREATLY and just because one brand is very popular, it doesn’t mean it is a good option.
Duration: 30 min
Consultations are available via Zoom or in-person at Norwest (Sydney). Online availability may differ for those wanting to see me in person so please get in touch if that’s you.
Are you wondering…
What should I be eating to prepare my body for pregnancy?
Which supplements should I take before trying to conceive?
Are there specific nutrients that support egg quality?
How does my gut health affect fertility?
How do I navigate nausea and food aversions in pregnancy?
Should I get any blood tests or health checks before trying?
Can certain medical conditions affect my fertility (like PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid issues)?
Does my partner need to do anything to prepare?
How can we improve sperm health?
If you’re wondering any of these, it’s time to stop trying to figure it out on your own and let me help you.
